Cargo Management Systems. Cargo management systems are found in the rear of the vehicle and are generally used in SUVs and crossover vehicles. This component system typically has a dual purpose of providing an aesthetically appealing floor in the rear of the vehicle and providing functional storage and organization.

We provide a full range of cargo management systems to meet OEM design specifications and price points in every vehicle segment from entry level vehicles to premium and luxury vehicles. Our proprietary steel support technology provides a lighter-weight structural solution by incorporating light-weight blow-molded technology with designed steel supports. Additionally, we offer a compression molded honeycomb/polypropylene load floor that meets premium segment consumer expectations while adhering to OEM design specifications. Our vertical integration capabilities are a key competitive differentiator by allowing us to compound our own proprietary resins, mold components for sub-assemblies and manufacture the carpet (or face-goods) for our cargo management systems.

Garnish Trim Systems. Garnish trim adds a finishing touch to the interior of a vehicle by tying together the overhead system, instrument panel and doors for seamless style continuity. We provide trim to complement any vehicle interior ranging from low-gloss surfaces to hand-wrapped fabrics.

Our trim capabilities provide low-cost solutions and superior craftsmanship from a fit-and-finish, color and gloss standpoint. Our vertical integration capability in injection molding, from 50-ton to 4,000-ton presses, provides us with a competitive advantage. In addition, our engineering and vertical integration capabilities produce trim components for a vehicle interior that are able to withstand the rigors of sub-zero and near-boiling temperatures without impacting fit-and-finish and performance characteristics. Finally, as governmental focus on side impact increases, our proprietary Safe-TEC™ energy management system provides a solid platform for meeting enhanced safety requirements.

Exterior Components

Our portfolio of exterior parts and systems includes a broad range of functional parts, such as bumper systems. We have invested in a state-of-the-art painting process, specifically for painting exterior parts to meet very strict quality requirements for color matching and durability. The exterior trim products in our portfolio include fenders, bumpers, rocker panels/door sills and cowl grilles.
