Natale “Nat” Rea is president of the Luxembourg-based Tier One automotive supplier International Automotive Components (IAC) Group, formed in 2006. As president and interim CEO, Rea oversees the overall strategic direction and management of the company as well as all operational aspects of the leading global supplier of crafted interior components and systems.
Rea previously served as president of his investment firm, Rea Holdings Inc., from 2012 to 2018. From 2002 to 2012, he was president and co-founder of Martinrea International Inc., one of the world’s largest producers of lightweight cast aluminum engine blocks, transmission housings and structural components. Prior to that, he served as president and CEO of his family-owned fluid systems manufacturing business, Rea International Inc., which he is credited with growing from $150 million to over $2.3 billion
Rea began his career in 1975 as a tool and die maker in his family’s business, Rea Tool & Tubing, where he spent 20 years learning every aspect of the business.
He is based at IAC’s U.S. regional headquarters in Southfield, Michigan.
