Carl Beckwith is President, North America for International Automotive Components (IAC). In this role, he oversees all aspects of the company’s Operations, Engineering and Commercial activities in North America. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, North America Cockpit & Overhead Systems.
An automotive industry veteran of nearly 20 years, Beckwith has extensive experience in engineering as well as production facilities management. Prior to his current role, Beckwith was Senior Vice President of Hard Trim Operations, North and South America IAC, responsible for manufacturing facilities located in the United States, Mexico and Brazil. Before that, he served as Vice President of Operations with responsibility for the U.S. injection molding facilities. Previously, he worked for Tower Automotive where he was responsible for management and oversight of Towers Frame Manufacturing plants. Preceding these roles he held multiple positions in Engineering and Operations Management for Lear Corporation and Lockheed Martin.
Beckwith received a master’s degree in Business from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technical University in Houghton, Mich.
